The former Cindy Henson and her husband Craig both grew up in the church at Benton. They lived here until 1992 when Craig accepted a position in the Inspector General’s office in Knoxville, TN.  In 2004 their family moved back to Benton and Craig is now a special agent with the Tennessee Valley Authority Inspector General’s Office. They are parents to a son Kyle, his wife Emily, and daughter Kayce, who is a joy to her mom and dad. Craig and Cindy are also enjoying their new grandson Kobey. Cindy’s responsibilities at the office include preparing the weekly bulletin, 52Serve line, the announcements and correspondences.  In her spare time, she enjoys decorating her home, shopping, watching Kentucky basketball, the St. Louis Cardinals, and also following the Marshall County basketball teams.

Nina is a long time member of the Benton church.  She has her B.S. in nursing and loves being able to work.  Communication is a big part of her job.  She answers the phone, updates the directory, keeps church records up to date, takes care of the building reservations, sends postcards to our visitors, handles the phone-tree and Serve line as well as assists with the announcement sheets and bulletin.  She also works with the benevolent and transportation programs.  Nina has three sons.  Justin and wife Kelly have two girls, Kelsey and Maggie.  Joel and his wife, Jill, have one child, Jordan.  Jared and his wife, Joni, have one son, Sam Hatler.  If you know her at all, you know that needlework and reading are a big part of her life.  When Nina is away from the building, she enjoys flower gardening, seeing God’s handiwork in nature, spending time with her family and friends, and cooking wonderful meals.
